Finally on the morning of the race, I'm an extra effort to be "in the moment." These days are the primary reason why I came to love running. I try to take in the whole energy of the other runners and the maximum enjoyment from simply living in the moment of the race. Motivate you to run only 20 to 30 minutes 3 times per week. This moderate exercise is recommended by most doctors. It may take you to get in shape and keep it, if you are a serious runner. Distance from your run of the week is important. It will give you a chance to rest between exercises and give your body a chance to recover.
